Troy has over a decade of international trade and investment experience working for public and private clients alike. He has worked both within, and as an independent consultant for, the governments of Washington State, British Columbia and the Canadian Federal Government. Troy's expertise centers around export promotion, foreign investment attraction and facilitating international partnerships. His work includes successful international business delegations, both inbound and outbound, to Asia, Europe and North America. Troy has a deep network and broad industry scope that includes software, aerospace, life sciences, manufacturing and professional services.
Troy holds a Master's Degree in International Studies from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Japanese from the University of Notre Dame.
